Moccasin Exchange Information

All items may be exchanged up to 45 days from the original date of purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping the exchange to us and in turn we will ship your exchange to you at no cost.

Items sent back for exchange after 45 days will be charged a $5.00 per pair exchange fee plus a $7.50 return postage fee. Please include these fees with your return or include your credit card number in space provided on the form below.

No exchanges will be accepted after 60 days. (see exception below)

Exchange times will be extended for purchases made from November 15th through December 31st. Purchases made during this time period may be returned up to February 15th of the following year.

PLEASE TEST WEAR YOUR ITEMS ON A CARPETED SURFACE, ALTERED OR WORN ITEMS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED!
- All exchanges must include the original shoebox. Please do not ship items directly in the shoebox. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or shipped in original packaging. Please do not affix labels or tape to the shoe box or write directly on it.
- Items sent to us without the original shoebox or in a damaged shoebox are subject to a $3.50 re-boxing fee. (This fee is charged to us by the manufacture and is not a fee imposed by us).
