Return Merchandise Information

• All returns must be sent to:

• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may use the reference number from the 4” x 6” white index card included with your order, the invoice number or the reference number.Returns sent to us without an RMA will not be accepted.
  
• We will contact you when your return has been processed. This process usually takes
  2 weeks. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card bill.
  
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

o        Please note: If your original order was over $75.00 and you received free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping fee if you return any or all items that reduce your original order to less than $75.00 

• A $2.50 re-stocking fee will be deducted from each item returned (this fee is charged to us by Minnetonka and is not a fee imposed by Sterling Leather.com).
  
• Altered or Worn items may not be returned. All returns must include the original shoebox. Please do not ship items directly in the shoebox. Items returned without the original shoebox or in a damaged shoebox are subject to a $3.00 re-boxing fee. (This fee is charged to us by Minnetonka and is not a fee imposed by Sterling Leather.com).
