your order provided your order was shipped

not USPS.

only provide UPS in-transit shipping information
after your package has been picked up from our
shipping locations and has been processed at the UPS
distribution center or local hub.
* Customers placing
their order over the phone should enter the reference number
provided to them by the customer service representative
taking their order.
Please Note:If you are unable to track your package through our UPS
Package Tracking Service, it may be because your
order was shipped via the United States Postal Service
or your order has not been been processed due to a
temporary "out of stock" issue. UPS does not keep
